  • Christiana Gupta

    FOUNDER + CEO

    Christiana founded Simplicity in 2020 in order to help school leaders make better decisions with data they can actually use.

    After seeing how fragmented systems and manual reporting slowed down schools where she was a leader at Success Academies, she built Simplicity to bring clarity to school data and give leaders and boards a clear view of school health, earlier insight into risks, and the confidence to act.

  • Devon Caveney

    DIRECTOR, DATA SERVICES

    Prior to joining Simplicity Education, Devon worked at Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City, where she served as a College Access and Persistence Counselor, as well as an Associate to the High School Management Office.

    Devon was also an AmeriCorps fellow at Match Middle School in Jamaica Plain, MA, where she taught math and assisted the operations team.

  • Rebecca Gosla

    ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

    Rebecca joined Simplicity Education in 2022 as an Associate. Prior to starting at Simplicity, she worked for four years at Codman Academy Charter Public School in Boston. At Codman Academy, she served as the Data Manager and Student Recruitment Lead.

    ANALYST

    Kate brings experience across education, public health, and nonprofit technology. Before Simplicity, she led project management for NTEN’s national nonprofit technology conference, where she optimized internal workflows and developed dashboards to improve data visibility and support strategic decision-making across teams.
